In truth, when we reach this point, our team has spent days preparing the venue for this very moment. Audio and video engineers have spent days in preparation. Primary and back-up lines have been run and tested. Our lighting team has worked with the lighting director and scenic assistant to create the desired atmosphere. As an extention of your workforce we take your concepts to heart, and we will always do our best to bring your vision to furition! As with the general session, your breakout rooms will receive the same level of meticulous attention.

Operational tempo can shift quite frequently. We can go from "Find busy work for your four employees" to "twelve-hour mandatory shifts" in a matter of weeks.
