Screens are up and speakers are mounted. Primary and back-up lines have been run and tested. The lighting and scenic teams have worked to create the desired atmosphere.

We are an extension of your workforce. When your attendees transition to the breakout rooms, our techs will have everything prepared. Some breakout rooms require dedicated operators. In other situations, one floater can manage multiple rooms effectively. We are ready to assist you.
